Fiberwood is currently building its demo machine in J\u00e4rvenp\u00e4\u00e4, which is a significant milestone for the company. The machine will operate at a scale comparable to a future full-scale factory line, serving as the foundation for Fiberwood\u2019s internationally scalable production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe demo line is one of the cornerstones of our future. We will use it to manufacture full-size panels for our customers\u2019 various pilot projects, such as test buildings,\u201d says Jari Varjotie<\/strong>, Fiberwood\u2019s Director of Production and Logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Varjotie explains that his team will also use the demo machine to optimise production processes for future factory lines before they start full-scale construction and commissioning. The machine is expected to be completed in autumn 2025, playing a critical role in Fiberwood\u2019s journey towards industrial-scale production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWith the learnings we will be able to build production facilities around the world quickly and flexibly\u201d, Varjotie adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Process expertise as a competitive advantage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fiberwood is currently running multiple product development projects with both domestic and international customers. The demo machine will enable finalisation of product concepts, accelerate R&D, and ensure the industrial scalability of production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAt the turn of the year, we made several recruitments to strengthen further our expertise in advanced machinery design, process industry automation, and international production. This investment in process know-how is intentional as we are laying the groundwork to build our future production plants with minimal risk\u201d, Varjotie explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
